The first shot is beautifully tranquil. I love the setting they selected for this editorial. It reminds me of my brief stay at a mountainous resort when I was a small child. Although it wasn't really cold and snowy, like the typical winter Christmas, it was serene and refreshing. What do these shots remind you of?
